By accessing, browsing or registering on ayudas.ai, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Platform.

01Subject Matter and Acceptance

These Terms govern access to and use of the ayudas.ai platform, operated by BIK AI Technologies, S.L. (Tax ID: B75890202).

The Platform offers services for searching, analysing and managing public grants using artificial intelligence technology.

By registering or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Grant Search

Access to a database of historical Spanish and European calls for applications.

BIA Agent

AI assistant for eligibility analysis and drafting.

Dashboard

Project management, grant tracking and metrics.

API

Programmatic access according to the contracted plan.

The Platform provides information and tools, not professional legal or tax advice.

03Registration and Account Management

Registration requirements

Be at least 14 years of age.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Keep your password confidential.
Do not share your account with third parties.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for all activities carried out under your account. If you suspect unauthorised use, notify us at [email protected].

04Plans, Prices and Billing

Individual (Free): Basic free access.
Paid Plans: Advanced features according to published rates.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in advance.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

05Permitted Use and Prohibitions

Permitted use

Search for public grants for your company or project.
Use BIA for eligibility analysis.
Export results for internal use.

Prohibited use

Scraping, crawling or bulk data extraction.
Resale or redistribution of information.
Fraudulent, illegal use or use that infringes third-party rights.

Non-compliance may result in immediate account suspension or cancellation.

06Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights over the Platform (code, design, brand and content) belong to BIK AI Technologies, S.L. or its licensors.

Copying, modifying, distributing or selling the software and content without express authorisation is not permitted.

07Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "AS IS". We strive to offer accurate and up-to-date information, but we do not guarantee 100% real-time coverage or updating.

We do not guarantee the award of grants, as this depends on public bodies and criteria external to the Platform.

08Suspension and Termination of Service

We may suspend or cancel your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, prolonged inactivity or legal requirement.

You may also cancel your account at any time from your settings.

09Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect regulatory changes, new features or service improvements.

Prior notice in the event of material changes.
Publication of the current version on this page.
Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the updated version.
